A larger trigger device designed to replicate the pressure of an elbow. Ideal for locating and releasing restriction in the deep, hard-to-reach muscles of the pelvis that contribute to lower back pain.
Massage Ball
A less intense tight muscle trigger option. Use as a massage tool to apply pressure along the body of a muscle to reduce general increased tone that leads to muscle soreness.
