Awesome product, great for in and around the rotator cuff

Have been using a ball but discovered the pocket physio and it really gets into those tight points much better than the ball does. Definitely recommended

I purchased two of these after my good friend suggested I use hers to address pain at the base of my left hand. While watching a movie, I can use one For my thumb pad and the other for the pain that travels up my forearm. Good system for me.

Should I choose the Pocket Physio Mini or Pocket Physio Max?
That depends on what you are intending on using it for. The Max is best used while lying on the ground or against a wall. It is generally more beneficial for larger muscle groups, predominantly in the lower body. The Mini mimics a physio’s thumb. The benefit comes from holding the product in your hands and applying pressure to the affected area. This is generally used in upper body muscles.
Why is there a groove in the middle?
Using the split end allows for triggering in two areas. If the product is used on the back, the groove allows room for the spine and ensures there’s no spinal pressure.
