The most effective muscle trigger on the market

What is the Pocket Physio?

The Pocket Physio is a small molded plastic tool designed to apply pressure to trigger points and relieve general muscular aches and pains. It's shape and density replicate the pressure applied by a Physiotherapist's thumb.

Pressure applied to a trigger point in a muscle for 10-15 secs signals the muscle to relax.

Why do I need one?

The more we use our computers and phones, the worse our posture gets...and the stiffer our upper back becomes!

Physiotherapists use the Pocket Physio to treat headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, tennis and golfers elbow and plantar fasciitis.

Trigger points are tiny knots that develop in a muscle when it is injured or overworked. They are localized areas which are highly sensitive when compressed.

They also work along specific patterns and can send referred pain to other parts of the body...it's why tightness in your neck is often the cause of elbow pain or numbness in your fingers.

If your muscle aches are in you lower back and hips, try the bigger version, the Pocket Physio Max

How do I use it?

Hold the Pocket Physio in your hand and gently apply pressure to any part of the muscle that feels tight or tender to touch. For tightness in the shoulder, upper back and neck place the flat surface on a wall and lean back to apply pressure.

As the name 'Pocket Physio' suggests, keep it handy when at work, travelling or after a long day of physical activity.

Frequently asked questions

Simple answers to common questions about this product

Should I choose the Pocket Physio Mini or Pocket Physio Max?

That depends on what you are intending on using it for. The Max is best used while lying on the ground or against a wall. It is generally more beneficial for larger muscle groups, predominantly in the lower body. The Mini mimics a physio’s thumb. The benefit comes from holding the product in your hands and applying pressure to the affected area. This is generally used in upper body muscles.

Using the split end allows for triggering in two areas. If the product is used on the back, the groove allows room for the spine and ensures there’s no spinal pressure.
