With the longest reach in the Pocket Physio range, the Rocket is most effective when used in a standing position to target specific muscles of the shoulder and hip.

Used to evoke a relaxation response in tight Pecs, Hip Flexors and QL or hard to reach muscles such as Adductors or Subscapularis.

Why is it shaped like that?

The Pocket Physio Rocket is designed to reach hard-to-reach muscles. When used against a wall, the longer shape can trigger muscles that would otherwise be unreachable with a smaller trigger point.
