What is a Footeez roller?

The Footeez is an advanced massage roller for athletes, and those with a higher tolerance to pain. Designed to help people self manage muscular and fascial tightness caused by too much or too little physical activity. It is also useful in the treatment of conditions such as plantar fasciitis.

Made of non allergenic TPE plastic it has a contoured, concave surface with myofascial beads. This allows more skin contact with the area being rolled, which will significantly enhance its effectiveness.  

How does a Footeez work?

Tight fascia connective tissue can lead to pain, limited range of motion of a joint or numbness. The best way to use a Footeez roller to reduce fascial tightness is by creep rolling, a technique involving rolling across the tight muscle for a short distance, holding for 5-10 seconds before moving on, using body position to increase or decrease pressure, as tolerated.
