What is a Trigger Ball?

The trigger tool you choose depends on the muscle you are trying to relax and your tolerance to pain. The more targeted the pressure, the greater the intensity of discomfort you will feel, but the more effective the relaxation response will be.

Because of its curved surface the Pocket Physio massage ball is a less intense tight muscle trigger option than the Pocket Physio or Pocket Physio Max. 

It's a high-density 64 cm latex rubber ball.  Available in both Orange and classic Black. Also offered in a latex-free option for those with sensitive skin (Black Only)

How does a Pocket Physio Massage Ball work?

Use as a self massage tool by leaning on it, or lying on it to apply pressure along the body of a muscle. This helps reduce general increased tone that leads to muscle soreness and movement restriction.

Ideal for improving general posture, reducing knee and hip pain and managing fascia tightness that causes sore feet (plantar fasciitis)
