Which size should I pick?
The sizes of the bands depend on height and flexibility. The red band is the shortest and is generally best for shorter people/teenagers or very flexible people. As a general rule, if you can loop it around your body, put the band against your foot and straighten your leg and knee right up, it is the right size. We find that the blue size is right for most people.
How/ why should I use the Stretch Bands?
The Stretch Bands are designed to improve flexibility. While lying down, loop the band around the body and have it around the hip area. Then put your foot against the inside of the band, and stretch upwards and to the side. You should feel a stretch in the calves and hamstrings.
