What is a Pocket Physio?

The Pocket Physio is a massage tool that helps maintain general joint mobility. It makes it easy to locate and release muscle trigger points in tight muscles. Its unique shape has been specifically designed by our Physiotherapists and it is particularly useful for relieving muscular aches and joint stiffness related to poor posture.
