What is a Posture Pro?

The Posture Pro is a contoured, roller designed to massage tight muscles of the upper back, helping reduce thoracic stiffness and improving neck and shoulder mobility.

Similar in size to two tennis balls, it features a central groove so the roller moves without putting pressure on the spine. The ribbed surface increases the massage effect.

Made from non-latex, heat-molded plastic, it is tough and durable but soft enough to give the ultimate self massage!

Why do I need a one?

Neck tension, upper back tightness and stiffness through the thoracic spine are common causes of headaches and discomfort associated with sitting, stress or repetitive movements.

  • If you sit at a computer all day or spend long periods on your phone, spend 15 mins at the end of the day reducing upper back tightness

  • If you're a swimmer or play racquet sport release your Lats, reduce thoracic stiffness cause by repetitive arm movement, and improve your form.
How do I use it?

Use against a wall for a gentler massage, or lying flat on the floor for deeper pressure. Spending 10–15 minutes rolling daily helps release deep muscular tightness, improve your neck posture and ease the symptoms of neck and upper back stiffness.

What is the difference in the colours?

There is no difference in the product design for each colour, it’s just a personal preference on which colour you’d prefer.

The Posture Pro is a back roller so the groove in the middle is for the spine so the roller can move comfortably without pressure on the spine.

The dimples allow for more surface area on the muscles and a gentle pressure point massage.

Sliding a wood dowel through the hole turns this product into a hand-held roller, perfect for professional use.

The Posture Pro is a product designed to be used predominantly the thoracic to assist with back concerns. If you are looking for a lower body roller to use on calves, for example, we suggest the Footeez.
