This pack is for people who walk on uneven surfaces like hikers, athletes who play multi-directional sports like soccer or basketball, or anyone recovering from an ankle sprain or injury.

Because the ankle is actually two joints that allow movement in four directions, potential for ligament injury is high.

For this reason the ankle joint requires stability retraining and ongoing maintenance following injury.
