This pack is for anyone recovering from shoulder injury or tendonitis, and post surgical patients who have been cleared to commence a rehabilitation strengthening program. 

The best course of action following injury involves working to correct and improve shoulder mechanics by improving thoracic mobility, upper body strength and scapulae control and releasing tightness in both the front and back of the shoulder.
