This pack is for Runners, people who stand all day and anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis, a condition that feels like sharp heel pain, especially noticeable with the first steps in the morning.

This pain can be exacerbated by sudden increases in activity, changes in footwear or poor shoe support. Recovery strategies include immediate pain management, reducing foot stiffness, strengthening exercises and improving ankle mobility.
