Upper Body Recovery Pack

The Upper Body Recovery Pack is a purpose-designed collection of recovery and strengthening tools for athletes involved in upper limb dominant sports such as racquet sports, swimming or activities involving throwing.

The pack combines tools to help improve upper body mobility, release muscle tightness, and build strength in the rotator cuff.

Upper limb dominant sports place repeated demands on the shoulders, upper back and surrounding muscles.

This pack provides the tools you need to work on mobility, muscle tightness, flexibility and strength as part of your regular training and recovery routine.

Each product in the pack has a specific role in your upper body recovery and conditioning routine.

Use the Posture Pro to improve mobility in your thoracic joints (upper back) and  the Massage Ball to release yours Pecs, Levator Scap and Upper Traps.

The pack contains Power Bands  in three levels of resistance. Start your strengthening exercises with the yellow band and graduate through red to black as your rotator cuff strength improves. Bands can also be used for neck strengthening exercises.
