This product helps to relieve my lower back and neck muscle tightness. In addition, it also help to provide some relieve to my ringing ear and jaw cracking sound issues. I am thankful to know this product from my Physiotherapist.

It's a great tool for my backpain. For fist two orders, I don't need to pay for taxes because it included, now I have to pay extra taxes when they shipped to the oversea. If you are gonna order from oversea, you have to pay extra taxes to receive the items to custom.
love it, but the international shipping becomes more expensive.

This is a unique product firstly introduced to me by my personal trainer. I undecided I needed it at home to massage my muscles. I insert a small pole into it which means I can manipulate it into different areas and change the pressure. It’s great!

My PT recommended that I use a Posture Pro device instead of the more common and much larger foam roller to ease my muscle and fascia stiffness. I am so glad he did - its effects are so much deeper and more effective.

What is the difference in the colours?
There is no difference in the product design for each colour, it’s just a personal preference on which colour you’d prefer.
What is the groove in the middle for?
The Posture Pro is a back roller so the groove in the middle is for the spine so the roller can move comfortably without pressure on the spine.
Why has it got dimples?
The dimples allow for more surface area on the muscles and a gentle pressure point massage.
