Mini Loop Band (Yellow)

The yellow mini loop band provides the lightest resistance in our five-band range. Its compact loop design makes it a versatile tool for gentle muscle activation, movement control and introductory strengthening exercises.

Ideal for people beginning a strengthening program, those rebuilding strength during rehabilitation, and anyone needing lighter resistance for targeted exercises.

It's particularly useful for:

• Shoulder conditioning – light resistance for selected shoulder and upper-limb exercises.

• Glute activation – introducing controlled resistance to the hip and buttock muscles.

• Early strengthening – starting with a manageable level of resistance before progressing.

Use the band for exercises such as gentle lateral walks, glute bridges, clamshells and selected shoulder activation exercises.

The yellow band is a practical starting point when lighter resistance is appropriate. As your strength and movement control improve, you can progress to a stronger band.
