Mini Loop Band (Red)

The red mini loop band offers the next resistance level above yellow, making it useful for progressing strengthening exercises while maintaining controlled movement.

Ideal for people developing their strength during rehabilitation, beginners building a regular exercise routine, and active individuals looking for lighter resistance.

It's particularly useful for:

• Shoulder conditioning – selected exercises targeting shoulder stability and control.

• Glute and hip strengthening – building strength in the muscles supporting hip and pelvic control.

• Rehabilitation progression – increasing resistance when lighter exercises become easier.

Use the band for lateral walks, clamshells, glute bridges, controlled squats and selected shoulder exercises.

Red provides a useful step up from yellow while allowing you to focus on technique and movement quality. Choose a resistance that challenges you without compromising control.
