Mini Loop Band (Green)

The green mini loop band provides a middle resistance level in our range, helping you progress from introductory exercises to more challenging glute, hip and lower-limb strengthening.

Ideal for people who have established a foundation of strength and are ready to increase the challenge of their exercise program.

It's particularly useful for:

• Glute strengthening – adding resistance to exercises targeting the buttock muscles.

• Hip conditioning – developing strength and control through the hips and pelvis.

• Rehabilitation progression – advancing lower-limb exercises as strength improves.

• General fitness – adding resistance to warm-ups and strength routines.

Use the band for resisted lateral walks, squats, glute bridges, clamshells and other hip-strengthening exercises. It can also be used for selected shoulder conditioning movements where moderate resistance is appropriate.

Green offers a useful progression when lighter bands no longer provide enough challenge. Focus on controlled movement and consistent technique.
