Mini Loop Band (Blue)

The blue mini loop band provides a higher resistance level for challenging the glutes, hips and lower-limb muscles. It's designed for people ready to progress beyond lighter resistance during strength and conditioning.

Ideal for active individuals, runners and people progressing through the later stages of a lower-limb rehabilitation program.

It's particularly useful for:

• Advanced glute strengthening – adding greater resistance to targeted exercises.

• Hip and lower-limb conditioning – challenging strength and movement control.

• Running re-education – complementing prescribed exercises as you work towards returning to running.
