This pack is for swimmers, tennis players, bike riders, weight lifters and anyone who sits at a computer all day.

Over time, depending on the activity, Pec muscles become either tight and strong or tight and weak which can affect upper body movement patterns and contribute to shoulder issues and neck pain.
